This competition is open solely for Nomad Capitalist Live 2021 attendees. The winner’s name will be cross-checked with the organization of the show.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Closing date for entry will be Monday, 17th May at 12 pm – Lisbon time. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
The winner will be announced on 20th May and will be notified by email and text message within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Rock Capital.
The prize consists of a two-night accommodation at the Penha Longa Resort Hote, including breakfast only. All additional costs must be covered by the winner.
Flights to Lisbon and hotel airport transfer are not included in this prize.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is subject to hotel availability and excludes the month of AUGUST. Once a voucher has been issued, the hotel reserves the right to book your stay within 6 months – subject to hotel availability. If for any reason, the winner is unable to check-in the date confirmed with the hotel, the winner must notify the hotel directly.
We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Rock Capital shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Portuguese law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
